Summer house in peaceful surroundings
Holiday Home South is a high standard summer house with a large furnished south-west-facing terrace and a stunning view of Kerteminde Fjord.
The American-style kitchen (part of the living room) is equipped with a oven, microwave oven, cooktop and refrigerator/freezer. The living room has a TV and radio, dining table and chairs as well as a lounge setting. There’s free Wi-Fi. The house sleeps 4 persons with a possible extra bed. There’s a bedroom with a double bed and an open loft with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Are you longing for tranquility and do you want to be close to nature?
In that case, this summer house is the perfect choice. It is a relatively secluded house being the last building construction before the inlet which is 200 meters away. The water is clean and clear, so it makes perfect sense to go for a swim, go out in one of our kayaks or even fishing! For a small fee, you can bring your dog to the house.
History of Holiday Home South
Where the house stands today, there was once an engine house used for the storage of wagons and machines back in the days when Pia’s grandparents lived on the farm and cultivated the land. The house is wooden on the outside and painted in yellow like the original engine house. One of the neighbors, who is a farmer, is currently leasing the land.

Prices
Per night for one or two people: DKK 850.00 / pr. week: DKK 5525.00
Per night for three people: DKK 900.00 / pr. week: DKK 5850.00
Per night for four people: DKK 950.00 / pr. week: DKK 6175.00
The price includes bed linen and towels.
In the high season, the house is generally rented out for a minimum of one week and in the off-season for a minimum of 2 nights.
It’s possible to add breakfast to your stay. We serve it in our dining room for an additional DKK 90,00 per adult and DKK 60,00 per child up to 12 years.
